- The activity starts with an overall context setting with explanation of the theme on which participants needs to build the city. Participants are further divided into smaller teams of 4-6 members each. Each team would need to pick up one section of the city and construct it. They need to be in collaboration with other team leaders so that all parts sync together.
- Each team would get the material like cardboard, craft paper, markers, glue, scissors, tape, and any other construction materials as appropriate.
- Each team would brainstrom and define roles such as project manager, architect, designer, construction worker, and spokesperson. This encourages teamwork and ensures that everyone contributes to the project.
- Teams need to brainstorm ideas, discuss city themes, and develop a plan for their miniature city. They need to consider aspects like city layout, landmarks, transportation, green spaces, and infrastructure.
- Once teams have their plans, allow them to start constructing their mini city using the provided materials. They can collaborate, share ideas, and assist each other when needed.
- Once the construction phase is complete, team needs to collaborate together to join their parts to give it the shape , structure and layout of a proper city.
