How
Our facilitator will divide employee into teams. Each team member is given a pair of white shoes, and a paint set, and our experts will explain the technique of dyeing. After that, each team will be left to their own imagination based on different themes/messages. At the end of the activity, participants display the shoes they've designed. Teams can feel great about donating a bit of their time to provide the basic necessity of shoes to children in the local community. The results? Vibrantly painted footwear, along with happier, more engaged employees.
