The Drum Jam experience for team building gives everyone, regardless of age, involved in a new sense of their own potential and worth, as well as the chance to learn the basics of the primal skill of drumming. Our facilitator provides a range of instruments to the participants to create a full and balanced percussion orchestra. The facilitator then directs the music through verbal and non-verbal cuing helping to relate rhythms to the group; as well as to keep the group sharp & in flow. The facilitator uses more than one rhythm to find a groove & allows each player to keep his rhythm tight. At the end of the session, you will see each one present in the place feel at ease with each other, willing to come forward and participate wholeheartedly.
