How
Creating a vision board is an inspirational but fun activity. Our facilitator will help your employees - Identify and list all their goals, put together a timeline for them and design a vision board. During the session, your employees will not only make a list of their personal and professional goals, but they will also spend a very creative and fun hour putting together the boards, not as a list but using images, cut-outs from material such as magazines, color and other decorative material. This activity is very powerful for employees to figure out their short term and long-term goal, align them with an action plan, and visualize it on a daily basis to help them work towards it.
