How
Our facilitator will first give a topic to each participant to draw on the canvas and bring out their version of the story through colors, paints, etc. Once everyone is done, each person would be asked to speak about their canvas and why they built it in that particular manner. Once this is over the facilitator will then divide them in groups and give them one topic each to perform on, by now each participant is aware of their team members strengths and weaknesses and would find the best way to capitalize on the same.
