What
Gen Y is a term commonly used to describe the generation of people born between the late 70's and 2000. They are confident, ambitious and achievement-oriented. They also have high expectations of their employers, tend to seek new challenges at work, and aren't afraid to question authority. The recent difficulties faced by the organization is to connect with the young crowd that is coming in. The mindset of youngsters may be different from the people who are working with the organization for the previous many years. To bridge this gap, this session is critical to ensure the unity of the organization. The session is designed in such a way that the senior people, as well as the young crowd both, are able to understand the mindset of each other.
